Roses

You can find some great items here, and I enjoy shopping at this store. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, I've noticed that the staff rarely greet customers when they enter or thank them when they check out. A simple smile, greeting, or "thank you" goes a long way and costs nothing. Friendly customer service helps create a welcoming atmosphere and encourages customers to return. Since we're spending our hard-earned money to support this business, it would be nice to feel appreciated while shopping.

I like merchandise, but I am not too keen on how they allow their employees to speak to customers. They hadn't closed their doors yet, an older woman walks in and says she needs to get one item. There are 3 people in line. The young cashier said "NO, we are closed. Don't you see these people standing in line?" (When does having people standing in line ready to check out, mean that you should know the store is closed. I thought the idea of a store was to constantly have people in line. "Wow", I have been doing it wrong my whole life. Lol! The woman walked out. All 3 in line told her to calm down especially since she screwed up the order she was working on because she was too busy being smart with that lady. None of us thought it was nice. I'm not saying customers are always right, but if you want customers to keep coming to your little store, you need to higher professional acting people and not rude, ignorant people. This is not the 1st time I have seen this woman act this way.

I'm giving Roses a 2 because there was only one cashier that was a checking out 15 people in line and we requested that they get an extra cashier and they did nothing and the poor cashier was trying to handle all these customers by herself. Shame on you Roses, you must do better!
